  • Navigate to the Custom Domain Settings option by scrolling down to the Business Profile settings.

  • Enter the From Name and Domain Name as instructed, and you will see the message “Not Verified” next to the box. 
  • After entering the required information, click on the “Save Changes” button. At this point, your domain status will remain unverified. 
  • To initiate the verification process, create a “support ticket” by clicking on the designated link below the domain name option.

  • Once the support ticket is created, our team will proceed with validating the domain on our end. 
  • We will generate the necessary configuration settings, such as DKIM and Return Path, and share them with you.

  • You’ll need to add the provided keys to your DNS records. Inform us in the support ticket once this step is completed for us to activate the domain on our end. 
  • Upon successful verification, your domain status will be updated to “Verified.” Additionally, we’ll notify you through the support ticket once the verification process is complete.
